Hardwood Flooring Return Policy

Hardwood Flooring Direct has a 15 day satisfaction guarantee, starting from the time of receipt. You may make a return on unopened materials for any reason within that time period. A five Box minimum. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the product, as well as the cost incurred by Hardwood Flooring Direct to ship the product to you. Some of our Manufactures charge us a restocking fee 25% for which you would also be held accountable. In order to take advantage of this you MUST have a return authorization number; all returns without an authorization will be refused. NO returns on special orders.
